Great department for eyeglass repair. I am on vacation and a screw fell out of my only pair of eyeglass and the gentleman in the eye frames department had it repaired within 5 minutes at no charge to me.
Your phone message system was rude. I was trying to decide which option to decide when the voice abruptly told me, "Good-bye. " without even asking if I needed more time. Very rude.
I like the quality of their products and their availability. I do wish they had extended business hours though because sometimes their store can become really overcrowded on the weekends. Parking can also be a challenge. Great selection…
I like to go here when the costco in my area is out of a particular product. I have always had good service here also. But the parking isn't the best.
